Shipping:
Tractor & Equipment manual orders take 7-10 days to process before shipment; please contact us in case you need your order sooner. We ship your order via United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, and United State Postal Service (USPS) for US orders and United State Postal Service (USPS) for International orders.

Returns:
Our guarantee is absolute! You may return any regularly stocked item for any reason or even without a reason. Please inspect your merchandise upon arrival. If you are not completely satisfied, return the merchandise  pre-paid within 30 days. All merchandise to be returned must have proper authorization number from themanualsworx. Please write us and tell us what you want to return and why you want to return it. You will be issued a return authorization number. Remember to include copy of your invoice and note your return authorization number on the invoice.

Returns must be in good resale-able condition (excluding defective items). Proper refund will be issued after merchandise has been received. There is no restocking fee!

For returns made less than 30days after purchase, accompanied by a return authorization number, simply send the manual(s)  to us with the invoice number and your name clearly visible. We will immediately refund your money. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
